Gone are the days when we used to mug up everything taught in school and make a career out of it. Our kids need more skills than we thought necessary and so I invited Anusha Mahalingam to explain what they are and how we can help our kids in learning them. A Harvard alumni, Anusha is the co-founder of Lesson Leap- an online learning platform focused on improving kids’ communication skills. In this episode, she talks about the necessity of great communication skills, problem solving skills and teamwork among others.
